Lenders Construction, Inc. has been operating from the Torrance area since 1989, specializing in building and remodeling of homes and businesses throughout Southern California. We believe in improving lives through safe, efficient, practical, and appealing environments. With creative planning, we believe in making projects attainable. We are committed to doing it right, with plans, permits, insurance, and licenses. Every project starts and ends with Norm’s direct involvement.

Norm offers his clients the perfect blend of Education, Experience, Creativity, and Insight. With a degree in Civil Engineering, his knowledge and understanding of building structures, foundations, and plans offers clients a level of skill above the competition, setting him apart from other contractors, especially when working with plans and permits. But Norm’s greatest passion is as a problem solver. His experience with materials and skills allows him to offer clients options, taking into account budgets, timeframes, and unique needs.

- Giving Back: Norm has donated his professional skills by traveling to New Orleans to rebuild homes after Katrina, to Mexico to build Loft Houses and to India to help build the lives of those most greatly impoverished. Locally, he attends church and leads small groups.

Working side by side with Norm, Nina has managed bookkeeping, employees, contractors, and property management since 1995. She has an eye and a love for interiors and the practical experience and involvement to back it up. Nina has her degree in Interior Design with an understanding of Green Design.
- Giving Back: Nina has been hospitality coordinator for the South High Spartan Band and for Hands of Mercy–Loft House building at home and in Mexico.
